UNIVERSITY OF LIFE PROJECT

Today, May 18th, 2023, represents both the halfway mark of Mental Health Awareness Month #breakthestigma, World Telecommunication & Information Society Day #wtisd, and Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) #gaad#happymehl#screenpal#neuroliteracy

THE ANTIDOTE

The antidote to society’s happiness deficit requires a reevaluation of societal values. There is a need for a paradigm shift from external validation to a focus on holistic well-being and genuine human connection. It demands us to prioritize experiences, fostering a culture that values journeys and stories that enrich our lives and create lasting memories. At its core, the antidote is rooted in genuine connections. Mentorship Academy recognizes the innate human need for authentic relationships and meaningful interactions and contributions. Together we champion empathy, compassion, and kindness as the building blocks of a happier society mentoring one another & being neuro-literate™.

We must prioritize human connection in all its forms to defeat the general post-pandemic unhappiness. Fostering deeper bonds with family, friends, and loved ones, and nurturing a sense of community belonging. It also entails embracing diversity and celebrating our differences, recognizing that unity and inclusivity are essential to lasting happiness.

The remedy involves nurturing personal well-being. It encourages self-care and self-compassion, embracing that a healthy and fulfilled individual is better equipped to contribute to societal happiness positively. By prioritizing our physical (Body), mental (Mind) and emotional (Heart), well-being and genuine human connection. The BMH index.

Ultimately, the remedy for societal unhappiness lies within each of us. It calls for a collective commitment to nurturing authentic connections, practicing gratitude and mindfulness, and prioritizing personal well-being. By embracing this antidote, we can transform our community, rekindle joy, and create a happier, more fulfilling society for all. Today's Gallup Report " highlighted that nearly 3 in 10 American adults say they have been clinically diagnosed with depression in their lifetime," - which made it very clear why this timing is crucial.

I am pleased to announce that Mentorship Academy, under my leadership as CEO, has formed a strategic partnership with our trusted technology partners to establish the University of Life Project. Today, we are excited to unveil the “University of Life” campaign, introduced in this article. The movement incorporates digital/data (AI) literacy applications & modeled solutions through ScreenPal®. We encourage you to stay tuned for upcoming Next Integrative Life Science advancements, focusing on data, AI, and neuro-literacy.™

Stay tuned for ways we will push and collaborate to transform and integrate the new world we live in post-COVID-19 pandemic in our daily routine. Above all, wait for neuro-literacy™ and training to be universally accessible, available & affordable.

Let’s strive to do it right from the start as we embrace the Digital Life Revolution in every aspect of our lives. By becoming fluent in the 3 L's (literacy): data literacy, digital (AI) literacy, and neuro-literate™, we can be the best version of ourselves, combining it with a healthy body, a happy heart, and a high-performing mind. We are all a work in progress, diamonds in the rough, but with the help of tech tools and techniques, we can enhance our journey and find satisfaction and optimal performance.

Let’s learn, mentor, and be neuro-literate™, improving the world and ourselves.
